Experts from the American magazine Consumer Reports ranked the best cars of 2022. These models received top scores based on consumer and expert ratings for safety, reliability, energy efficiency and owner satisfaction.
Models were divided into price categories. In the category up to $25,000, two Nissan models became the best – the Sentra sedan and the Rogue Sport crossover. At prices ranging from $25,000 to $35,000, Subaru Forester, Honda Accord, and Toyota Prius received the highest marks.
Among cars priced at $35,000-45,000, Toyota RAV4 Prime, Kia Telluride and Honda Ridgeline were named the best. The list of models over $45,000 includes the Ford Mustang Mach-E and Lexus RX electric crossovers.
